• ALL SALES are final. Exchange or Store credit only within 10 days of receiving product(s).
• Products CANNOT be worn in order to get exchange or store credit
• Withdraw and cancelled services, and make financial transactions: If order is verified and received but buyer cancels transaction ORDER MUST BE SENT BACK. If it is not and buyer claims/refunds payment with bank; legal action will be taken for FRAUD. 
• Please be sure to enter all information correctly so that your order is processed and received in a timely manner. We are not liable for orders being sent/received or processed incorrectly because of incorrect information.

We offer 3-8 business day delivery via STANDARD SHIPPING

RETURNS

All sales are final. Please note, ELLEX BRAND reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
